Postage and Packaging

Please find below some general FAQ's on our postage and packaging policies...

• We use Parcelforce's AM service, this means your costume will normally arrive by 12PM. Collection of the parcel will be between 9-5 for return to us at Millennium. Please ensure there is someone available to give the parcel back to the courier or extra charges will occur.

• We are sometimes able to send a costume at extremely short notice. If delivery falls on a Saturday, a £35 surcharge is incurred.
• The boxes used for transportation of Stormtrooper and Darth Vader suits measure a substantial 21" x 21" x 23" and 26" x 23" x 23"
• Due to cost issues, we are unable to send costumes to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.
